Keith’s company began with a simple mission: to help leaders increase their influence in the workplace by learning to become more effective communicators.
Along the way, he also teaches leaders to enjoy their work and find humor in everyday situations that might be challenging. He is often heard saying “Take your work seriously, but don’t take yourself too seriously.”
His background in television news and radio management helped him learn how to build strong teams under strict deadlines when emotions are high. Now, through keynotes, training and coaching, Keith shares his expertise to help managers generate more rapport with the people they supervise, foster stronger relationships to encourage cooperation and, ultimately, increase results! Whether “results” for you means happier employees, a more harmonious office or boosting revenue.
Keith has worked with major corporations like Kraft Foods, Clorox and the YMCA, as well as with clients in the banking and medical industries. He has provided leadership, coaching and communication skills training for many departments within the United States government, including the FDA, Federal Trade Commission, the Naval Research Laboratory and Department of Education.
In the past decade, he has presented more than a thousand live programs to companies and associations in 44 states, Canada and Puerto Rico. His company is based in Nashville, Tennessee.
